Abstract submission has been closed.

All researchers in the field of ambulatory assessment are invited to submit abstracts. Completed studies as well as work-in-progress abstracts will be considered.

Submissions from all fields of ambulatory assessment research are welcome.

Deadline

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to the 16th of February 2009.

All submissions will be subject to peer review and evaluation by the scientific program committee. Submitting authors will be notified by February 2009 of the committee�s decision.

Submission Procedure

Please submit your abstract using the accompanying RTF form:

  1. Complete the RTF form � be sure to include your contact information and to pick a preferred category for presentation (completed work, work in progress, poster)
  2. Save the completed form under the corresponding author�s name.
  3. E-mail the RTF document to [email protected].

Please note:

  1. All abstracts must be in English language.
  2. Only structured abstracts will be considered (see Abstract Preparation below)
  3. Only submission via e-mail is acceptable.
  4. The type of presentation (oral presentation, poster) may be changed by the scientific program committee.

Categories for presentation

Abstracts can be submitted in one of three categories: (1) Oral Presentations Category A for completed work to be presented; (2) Oral Presentation Category B for work in progress to discuss your study at a round-table group discussion; (3) Poster Presentation.

Abstract Preparation

  1. The limit for an abstract is 2,500 characters. No tables or figures may be included or sent as e-mail attachments.
  2. Abstracts for completed work (orals, posters) should be structured in the sections AIMS, METHODS, RESULTS and DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION.
  3. Abstracts for work in progress should include AIMS, METHODS, PLANNED ANALYSIS, EXPECTED OUTCOMES, and PROBLEMS/QUESTIONS for discussion. A maximum of three questions should be included in the latter section that the author hopes to be answered by the group discussions.
